Bratwurst and Shrimp Boil
Perfect. Simple. I followed exactly. Next time I will add more seafood like scallops and less bratwurst simply from a fat intake perspective - not for taste because this was awesome.

Summer Beer I
Ok - this is stupid good if that makes sense. It seems strange adding the beer to the rest of the mixture. But it gives it a little extra fiz and tang. I used Heineken Light as the beer insert. Very happy.

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops
Although I don't agree, my wife tells this is the best thing I've made on the grill - I think my ribs are better but you get my point about these chops. Very simple. Oh and don't bother with the tin foil on the bone - takes to long and not necessary.
