Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Fanfreakintastic! Baked dozens of these over the holidays. Huge hit. They stay soft and delicious for days. I used these to send to the troops as part of a local drive - they'll stay tasty that long.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
Absolutely fantastic. My kids are 7, 4 and 2 and very picky. This is a slam dunk. Its a little thick so added just a tiny bit more milk but otherwise didn't change a thing.
