Very easy and very tasty.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
Outstanding. Stayed chewy for a couple a couple of days. Kids had fun making shamrock and other shapes. I put a standard confections sugar icing on top and was a great combo.

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Made for St Patty's day and was delicious and tender. Didn't change a thing.
