Baked Beef Stew
I loved this stew. Made the recipe per directions except that I omitted the bread and used flour instead of tapioca. I baked it for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. This is a wonderful stew.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
These are wonderful.I added the bacon to the mashed potato mixture and sprinkled just the cheese on top. This recipes deserves all the stars it has. Great recipe. Freezes well.

Chewy Coconut Macaroons
Did not like this recipe at all. Very sweet and sticky. The almond flavoring was overpowering.
