Loved it!! I made these for church breakfast and they were gone in no time. I then made them for home per my family's request with the idea of freezing them as someone else suggested. Well, they too are all gone. I have had requests for them to be made for brunches and multiple people have requested the recipe. I did take some suggestions from the others: I added 1 c. water and cooked them at 350 for 10 mins. I also used bulk sausage and added rosemary. Enjoy! It's a winner!!

Beef Tips

My family really liked this tender meal. I cooked it well over the recommended time, probably four hours. I wanted a thicker sauce seeing we weren't going to be putting it over anything because we were having it with a squash cornbread dressing found the same day. We recommend both and this will become a family stable, going to try it in a crock pot.

Shrimp & Scallop Stroganoff

I took the suggestions of other reviews and really thought that I would like this alot. I, however, did not like it. Was it edible and my family said that they had worse, but we all agree that I need to find a better recipe for scallops.

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak

I can't say that I will ever make this again. I didn't particularly dislike this recipe I just did not find it to be very flavorful. I would use the base of this recipe, but will add some spices and salt.

Yellow Squash Casserole

wonderful casserole that really pleased my family, plus it utilitzes squash that is overflowing in my freezer. Will make this over and over and will recommend to everyone who loves squash and cornbread.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Very sweet. My boys loved them, so I just adjusted the sugar by half. I also made them again with the splenda sugars and they turned out great- the amount produced was decreased.

Eggplant Supper Soup

What a great recipe. Everyone in the family absolutally loved it. Even before it was done cooking I had called my mother-in-law to recommend it for her big bible study dinner. I will be recommending this recipe to everyone who enjoys eggplant. Usually, I change a recipe a lot! this recipe I changed nothing!! Used it exactly as it was written. Everyone enjoy!
