Great recipe. I omitted the apple juice and used chicken broth instead. I also increased the garlic. I made this for about 20 people for a baby shower. WOW...a total hit. People asked for a spoon to get the gravy that was at the bottom of the pan. I made the chicken the day before. The day of the event I made the sauce, poured it over the chicken and baked it for about 10 minutes in a 350 oven. Spectacular.

This is one of the best cookies I have ever made. The dough could not have been simpler to make. I made 4 different variations with the finished dough: a traditional round rolled in powdered sugar, a crescent shape with half dipped in chocolate,rounds sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and little 'log' shaped dipped in chocolate then rolled in crushed walnuts. They were all fantastic!
