This crust just keeps rising in the oven, so pu extra toppings so it doesn't looked thinned out later. Good flavor, but took longer to cook because of the thickness of the crust. 25 minutes seemed to do the trick, but I did 30 for my next pizza with lots of veggie toppings. Maybe I should have cranked up the heat so that the edges could get that golden look, without the fear of overcooking it.
