Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

I found the pork cooked perfectly but my sauce curdled?!? Not sure what I did wrong....sauce WAS very tasty, just not very appealing!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Really, really good! I've tried a number of different cc cookie recipes with no luck near as good as this! Definately a keeper!

Lemon Pepper Shrimp with Mustard

Very good. The only thing I changed was to use dijon mustard as opposed to regular yellow mustard.
