Great, easy recipe! Used light sour cream. Warm the icing up for a few seconds in the microwave to get the right consistency for cup-cake dipping.

Used low-fat sour cream and added some salt. Served this with italian-herbed barbecue chicken. Very good and very easy! I will make this again!

I wouldn't make it again - the flaxseed flavor was too much and husb likes chocolate chips better than dates. I'll stick with traditional banana bran bread.

I used cheddar cheese soup and three large russet potatoes, sliced thinly. This turned out great but a little underseasoned - I would add garlic salt next time.

Used sirloin tip roast and accidentally a 2 oz packet of onion soup mix. No matter - it was great anyway! Everyone liked the gravy ("this is zesty! yum!"), which I thickened with a tbsp of cornstarch mixed with water, after skimming off the fat. I also added about a cup of water to the slow cooker prior to cooking. I will make this again!

Pretty easy to make - makes a lot! Served 4 adults for dinner and I made up two lunches with the leftovers. I doubled the marinade as well, which turned out to be perfect. I will make this again!!!

This is a SUPER good bread! The almond flavoring totally makes it, and the glaze is superb. My husband loved it too - he takes it to work with him for breakfast.

I'm rating this three out of five because, like other testers, I found this to be too dry! (Not too dry to eat, but dry enough not to want to make again.) Oh well...at least I used up all that honey!

This was very easy to make! I used light herb & garlic cream cheese and added a bit of pepper to add a punch. Next time I will saute the chicken separately with mushrooms and add it at the end so the chicken has more flavor. Very good.

I love this recipe! I have made it several times, sometimes substituting cooked chicken for the tofu, broccoli for the chick peas, or omitting the spinach. I also add about 1 cup plain yogurt at the end. This recipe has the sweet/spicy combination that I love, and the creamed corn is great, surprisingly. My fiancee LOVED this and somehow thinks I'm a genius in the kitchen. (Yesss!)

I made this for my fiancee's birthday party, and it was such a hit! We had a DQ cake too, but everyone wanted the one I made instead (or as well). For the base, I crushed up 1 pkg of double stuff oreos (didn't use any margerine - didn't need to). I put regular oreos (it took about 3/4 of a package) around the sides of a clear 9x12 pan. Spread Hershey's chocolate sauce over base, then sliced a block of cookies & cream ice cream on top of that. Next, used a small ice cream scooper for scoops of blueberry cheesecake ice cream and cookies & cream ice cream. Topped with more choc. sauce and a package of mini oreos. Super sweet, but very good. It cost about $20 to make because I used premium ice cream and storebought cookies. But it went over so very well!

Easy to make! Addictive! Added 1tbsp flax seed and reduced the oats by 1tbsp. I invited my fiancee to try one and he ended up eating four! Also freezes well between wax paper. Really need to pack this mixture into the pan so it doesn't crumble. Less expensive, tastier and comparable amount of calories as storebought versions. I will make this often!

The taste of these cookies isn't overly sweet, but they have very good flavor! I used chopped dates instead of the sunflower seeds. Next time I may use raisins. I also used real butter and whipped it for a long time with the sugar. Great to find a cookie with flax and oats in them...my new husband loves them too (though he seems to like everything I make)! Oh, and I may add cinnamon next time too. Yum!
