Crisp Apple and Sausage Salad
thanks for this most interesting recipe. sorry i did change a couple of things but it was still good. i didn't have pecans so used walnuts; some of my friends don't like blue cheese (don't know what's wrong with them!!) so i used parmesan instead. worked a treat. but i AM going to make it with blue next time - at least a small one for those who are blue lovers!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
served this up to the family - son-in-law asked for the recipe. i added spring onions and garlic after glazing pan with white wine. also used chick thighs instead of breast as i find they are more moist and cheaper. used full fat cream but would possibly use low fat cream next time just to reduce richness. a hit in this extended household.

Chicken and Pasta in a Mango Cream Sauce
it is not mango season here in adelaide so i used some dried mango i had in the pantry. it worked fine, but i look forward to doing it again when mangoes come into season here. also i did not feel like pasta, so i used rice instead. it was delicious. i will increase rating after i use fresh mango i expect
