Hot Corn Dip
I make this every summer. It's great for barbeques. I double it for company and add taco seasoning- about 1/2 packet. It needs the extra kick. Seems to taste better baked than cold. Everyone loves it.

Ono Butter Mochi
Currently living in HI. Made this for my parents when they came to visit and they LOVED it. They couldn't stop eating it. I liked the consistency. I too used coconut milk for a portion of the milk and increased the coconut.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I used softened butter instead of melted so they wouldn't spread too much. I also put in them in the freezer for about 30 minutes before baking. Baked for 14 minutes and they were perfect. Husband stuffed 2 in his mouth immediately.
