I am a stay at home mother of 2 and a wife to a very hungry man!!! He loves to eat and therefore I love to cook. I enjoy cooking anything that takes a little more than following exact recipes. I like to be creative and make a lot of things from scratch becuase it gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment. Every year at Thanksgiving I go to my in-laws home and make pies and for Christmas we make tons of homemade candy like: peanut clusters, fudge, PB fudge, Divinity, Almond Bark, Oreo Balls, the list could just go on and on and on.........
