Peach Upside-Down Cake III
I made this in my skillet and it was yummy, it was my first time baking something in it and I could really taste the good difference! Make sure the peaches are really ripe or they wont peal very easy and will be kinda bitter. This isn't a very sweet cake though so if you like it sweet definately add more sugar (I think its great not so sweet though!).

Swedish Apple Cake
This cake is SOOOOO GOOOOD!!! it is very important to cut the apple pieces pretty small or the cake will fall apart when you cut into it. I've made this 3 times already, and all my friends and family keep askin for more! I also tried it with dried fruit and it was very good. Thanks!

Coffee Date Bread
this is such a great recipe! the bread is so moist even though there is not much butter. I added a touch of plain yogurt (I always do to sweet breads)and it came out wonderful. thank you so much!
