Unbelievable Chicken
Great flavor and easy to throw everything in a bag to marinate. I marinated with white wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar. I also used 4 frozen chicken breasts and let them sit in a large zip bag for 10 hours in the fridge. Even my picky 5 year old ate it!

Breakfast Loaf
This is a great recipe if you're tired of making casseroles! I tried this with a group of women in my Bible study this morning. I wish I would've brought the recipe with me. I was asked for it several times. Because this is so versatile, you could fill it with any ingredients you have on hand or like. I made the recipe as written, using sourdough. I loved crunchiness of the bread, the flavor of the red peppers and the sharpness from the cheddar and mont. jack cheeses. I will definitely be making this again over the holidays.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Great recipe! I made a 9 x 13 cake from this batter and had enough leftover to also make a loaf of bread for my friend. Great recipe for the holidays that's a little different from the normal pumpkin bread. I also left out the nuts.
