Chicken Milano
i actually made this for my other half as he is extremely fussy when it comes to food for dinner and he couldnt fault this absolutly beautiful, but i did however make double the quantity of sauce and a bit more and that turned out the best way. I put a bit of butter in the sauce pan with the garlic then added the cut up sun dried tomatos then the stock then the cream and used the hand held blender in it for a sec but not too long just so its a little chunky then fried the chicken in the electric fry pan till they were done and added the sauce to the fry pan and done it asll in that that way the chicken sucks up all the juices- excellent
