I love trying new things with crazy ingredients and seeing how they turn out. I'm a wiz with left-over make overs. We have a strong Finnish background and have made it a habit to put traditional cooking into our holidays and family gatherings. Any time my family says this is one for the book - cookbook scrap book of favorite recipes. I hate throwing food away if a recipe doesn't work out. I never follow a recipe and always tweak it - good or bad.
