Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I thought it was awesome. I did only add one hot pepper and it still has a kick. I would omit the bacon bits as I could not taste them and not worth the extra expense. My daughter thought it was the best ever!

Venison Stew I
I added fresh cherry tomatoes and celery. I also used 1/2 merlot red wine and beef broth instead of the water. My husband also added 1/2 of a beer. He added hot sauce to his when it was done. We cooked it in a dutch oven over the campfire. It was so good!

Texas Sheet Cake VI
Awesome and easy! Great for a pitch-in. Feeds lots of people and even better with vanilla bean ice cream :)
