Strawberry Pie
Great recipe and very easy. I will definately be making this pie again. I cooled the gelatin mixture for only 10 minutes and I layered the strawberries and gelatin in the pie so that all the strawberries were coated. Thanks for sharing!

Basil Pork Chops
A quick, easy and yummy way to prepare pork chops. Great recipe for the whole family. This will definately apear at our table on a regular basis. Thanks!

Storybook Gingerbread Men
Great recipe. I was looking for a recipe that didn't come out of the oven hard; these are soft in the middle but not "cake like"; I did keep the cookies in a tupperware container which I think kept them from going hard.
