Banana Sour Cream Bread
So moist and delicious!!! I had never made Banana Bread before and it came out absolutely perfect! The house smelled heavenly while it baked too. I made to loaves and one I froze. I can't wait to have it again!

Salsa Chicken
This is one of my favorite dishes from this site! I make it just like the recipe states except I use Velveeta cheese and Joe T. Garcia's salsa. I serve it over Spanish rice. The chicken is sooo tender and juicy. LOVE IT!!!

Scalloped Potatoes 'n' Franks
Very, very good! My husband and kids gobbled it up! Only change I made was that I used Cheddar instead of Swiss. Easy, tasty and VERY kid frendly!
