Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole
I didn’t really care for this. I followed the instructions exactly except I added extra milk to the sauce because it was extremely gooey and looked more like dough than pasta sauce. I think the soy sauce is what really threw me off, it overpowered most of the other flavors. If I ever make this again I’m going to use more mushrooms, add some diced onions and only use a dash of soy sauce or no soy sauce at all.

Pan-Fried Squash
The balsamic vinegar just didn’t work with these vegetables, it smelled and tasted weird. I tried adding some parmesan cheese but it didn’t help. Thanks for sharing but I won’t be trying this again.

Peas with Mushrooms
I used canned peas, 1 tablespoon of butter and half of a small onion. I thought the end product was pretty good. I might try to add some spicy seasoning next time.
