These were wonderful! I only made a few changes: -Added 1tsp cinnamon and 1/2tsp nutmeg. -Halved the sugar and instead used 1/3 cup white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar. -Used 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup applesauce. The topping really made it over-the-top delicious!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These were great! I changed quite a bit about the recipe (used applesauce, changed out half the raisins for a mix of dried berries, etc) but they came out wonderful. I doubled the recipe and froze the others, thank you!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These are the best snickerdoodles I've made. Personally, I like my snickerdoodles to be crunchy and not cakey and soft, and these flattened out and crisped up for me beautifully! In one word...Amazing!

Banana Banana Bread

I loved this bread. It was the first banana bread that I've made that actually fluffed up like bread should and it wasn't dripping with moisture. Delicious! Substitutions: 1/4c margarine, 1/4c applesauce 1 egg, 2 egg whites 1/4c brown sugar, 2T Splenda 2 tsp baking soda 1.5c AP flour, 1/2c wheat flour When I took it out of the oven I was sure I burnt it because it was so brown. So I had to taste it immediately...And I was not dissapointed!
