Asparagus Crab Au Gratin
I really enjoyed this dish and will certainly make it again. But.....way too much breadcrumbs. Will reduce by half next time.

Jacob's Coat Casserole
My husband and I LOVED this. I make this often and it's very easy to reheat. I omitted the cheese and it's just like the old fashioned shepherd's pie my grandmother used to make.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops
This was the best! I added 1/4 cup water and 1/8 cup apple juice. It is the easiest and tastiest pork I've ever made. My husband just loved it also.
