My first cheesecake was a success.My hubby loved this. I cheated and used a ready made 9 inch graham cracker crust. The filling was deliocious . I used granny smith apples. However, next time will use a mixture of granny smith and gala apples. Microwaving the apples for 2 mins and draining the liquid is a good idea.

This pie came out fabulous. Only made slight variations. Added cinnamon to the sauce. Mixed the sauce with the apples before putting in the crust. Didnt use the lattice work on top, used a full pie crust on top and just snipped to let air in.

I have been searching and testing for the perfect bread recipe. Wow I was blown away. This was a fantastic bread. I will definitely make again. I made them into rolls. I loved the sweetness. If I make it for others I might cut back a little on the sugar but it was the right amount of sweetness for me. My husband raved about this bread. He kept going back for more. This will defintely be made again in our house.
