Very easy to make, though I found it a bit flavourless. I added walnuts, more of which would have made it better. Has anybody tried adding fruit? I'm sure raspberries would go well but perhaps someone can suggest a cheaper alternative?
Also my only other problem was finding a vegan-friendly frosting recipe that I could make using ingredients I had on hand (note: I live in a country where icing sugar is impossible to find).
But, overall a great, simple cake.
