Avocado and Tomato Salad
This is good, but too much onion. I like my version better with 1/4 red onion, and with Italian dressing instead of balsamic.

Stuffed Shells III
Excellent...I put the mixture into a large baggie and cut the tip off one corner to pipe the cheese into each shell. It's a time saver. Same recipe I make, minus the mushrooms. I don't combine the sauce and mozzerella on top, I just top with sauce and top with mozzerella. Just a delicious and classic recipe.

Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad
Me and my guests enjoyed this. I would make it again. I used a bit of salt and garlic powder instead of garlic salt.
