April's Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball
I added about a half tablespoon of Dijon mustard and a little extra garlic. Chopped up walnuts finely and rolled ball in them instead of parsley. This was a very large cheese ball but every bit of it was devoured at our gathering.

Beer Margaritas
Rave reviews at our party last weekend. Even my hubby - who loves a good margarita and was skeptical of this recipe - was blown away. 10 stars!

Philly Steak Sandwich
Added the garlic mayo from other recipe. Also, melted in provolone and also melted a little on top under the broiler. My husband said it was one of the best cheesesteaks he ever had!
