Seasoned Turkey Burgers
We love this recipe at our house. I don't put in the soy sauce because the onion soup makes them salty enough. I also throw in a handful of oatmeal. Nobody knows it's there and it makes them hold together well...and adds a bit of fiber. Good eats!

Basque Salad
Wonderful salad! I cut the oil in half, doubled the cucumbers and tomatoes, and used red onion instead of the white. When it was all done, it was very colorful. I took it to a summer dinner party and it was a hit.
