Grandma's Meatloaf
Ok, I liked this. It did not blow me away, but I do not like meatloaf much. This is a pleasantly different tasting meatloaf from any others I have tried. Next time, I will add a some more seasonings that I like (for my own tasete).

Smoked Pork Butt
This was my first venture with smoked food. Very easy to follow and very easy to prepare. I used the suggested brine, and also added paprika and garlic powder to the seasoning rub. Fantastic.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This is easy and very good. It's even better when you spread a browning/seaoning sauce on first and use Beefy Onion Soup Mix instead of regular Onion. I also add 2 tsp of worsteshire, a tsp of minced garlic, and 2 tbsp of corn starch (and about 1/4 cup more of water).
