Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
This marinade is awesome! The balance of sweetness to spicy was great, although we like a bit more spice so I added some cayenne pepper. We have made this once with pork chops and once with chicken kabobs. I also ran out of apple juice the second time and used orange juice. It was great both ways but I prefer with apple juice. My sauce thickened just fine too. I gave it plenty of time though.
