Bacon and Tomato Cups
Great! I made it for a Thanksgiving luncheon and they were eaten right away. Changes I made: used turkey bacon, sharp cheddar instead of Swiss, 45 mini phyllo cups (found in the freezer section) instead of biscuit dough, and used just enough low-fat mayonnaise to mix everything together.
