My church serves a Smorgasbord dinner every year and I am interested in traditional Swedish recipes for very large groups. My daughter and I also enjoy canning and preserving together when ever we get the chance. Since we both work and don't have a gardens anymore we don't get to do it as much as we want to.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
I use this recipe for everything, rolls, cinnamon rolls, cloverleaf buns, you name it. It's wonderful and I always get complements on them at potlucks.

Giant Spice Cookies
This gets 5 stars from me because it's so easy, and they taste good too. I mixed them with my mixer so the dough was too sticky to roll. I could care less, I just dropped them on a cookie sheet by the teaspoonful like any other cookie and baked them on airbake sheets for 8 minutes. It couldn't get any easier.

Tommy's Ham Casserole
This was wonderful and very easy. I am on Weight Watchers so subed the pasta for cabbage chopped course then slightly cooked in the microwave before mixing together. I'll make this over and over.
