I am 21 years old, and living in Norman, OK with my fiance, Heath; our newborn daughter, Payton; and our 2 dogs. Heath is a willing guinea pig for my new recipes, and if he doesn't like them, well, that's where the dogs take over. I'll try anything once, but I absolutely love making country-style meals for my family. For about 4 years now I've been planning dishes and doling out tasks to family members for our big Thanksgiving dinner. Its something I look forward to every year and really enjoy, although I can't speak for the rest of the family who have to put up with me in the kitchen all day. :) GRAVY! Although I finally mastered making gravy, the first couple of times I tried, it was a total disaster and ended up in the garbage disposal.
