Red Slush Punch

The taste was fantastic, but the parts of the slush froze solid and did not melt at all during the party. I would make this again, but will have to play around with freezing options.

This was a pretty good recipe, but we found it had too much sour cream. I will make this again, but will probably only use 1/2 the sour cream. Also, I added about 1.5 cups of fresh mushrooms, and fried them with the onions. I thought this was a really good addition.

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

This recipe was so easy, and very tasty. I wished there were potatoes included, but they always get mushy when I add them to a roast, so I cut up some potatoes, boiled them for 10 minutes, then threw them into the slow cooker for about 30 minutes to pick up the flavour of the gravy. Delicious.
