Agree with some of the other posts, this recipe is much better if it sits for atleast overnight. I was out of lemon and lime and still it was very tasty.

FATHER'S DAY DINNER HIT! My husband loves the crab dip at a seafood restaurant we eat at. So for Father's day I wanted to find something similiar. He loved it, my parents loved it, my brother loved it. I didn't change a thing.

Tured out pretty good. I think the next time I will take the suggestions of putting the chips on top. My bottom layer was a bit mushy for my tastes. Otherwise, good recipe.

great recipe! I didn't have a rack to let the batter drip off of onions but I just used the side of my bowl to bang the batter off a bit. Well, it still turned out great. Will make again.

WOW! A keeper. Simple and DELISH. I used it on grilled breasts and wings. I also used other suggestions of doubling the recipe to have dipping sauce. I will be making this over and over and will not change a thing.

pretty good. But to me they lacked a little flavor. I loved the texture and the fluffyness but something was lacking. The batter will look lumpy but don't worry the lumps will dissolve. I will try again and add some extra flavor like vanilla and then re-post my comments..

Caramelized Baked Chicken

The flavor was great but I can't rate it a 5 becuase for some reason mine did not turn out sticky at all. They were soupy. Like I said though, the taste was good, just not what I was looking for. I'll read some reviews to see what may have went wrong.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Excellent recipe!! I will not change a thing the next time, expect maybe trying sweetened coconut milk...My husband is usually a very picky eater so I was a little unsure about making it. He loved it and went out to get the ingrediants so that I could make it again. I think it is even better on the second day once the chicken has absorbed more of the flavor. Will be making again.

Sloppy Joes II

very good recipe. I took another person's suggestion of substituting bar-b-que sauce for a portion of the ketchup. The next time I think I will try it with a little less sauce. Anyway, it was still great. All 3 of my kids wanted seconds! Even my 3 year old who is very picky! Will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

I really liked this recipe. The only change is that next time I will decrease the graham cracker crumbs and increase the peanut butter to get more of a creamy texture on the bottom. Still very good!

Very good and easy to prepare. I added the bread crumbs as others suggested and used it on skinless breast. This also works well as a coating for fried chicken.

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

The turkey turned out so juicy! My whole family loved it!! However, comparing it to other fried turkeys I have had it wasn't quite as good as using the Creole Butter bought out of the store. (and that is less work)
