Banana Sour Cream Bread
Fantastic! Moist and delicious. I added mini chocolate chips to one loaf, left the other one plain. I didn't do the sugar/cinnamon coating because I was trying cut down on sugar. These were made as a little Valentine's gift for my secret crush and he proclaimed them to be "Amazing", especially the chocolate chip loaf. I will definitely make this bread again.

Tofu Cheesecake
WOW!! I never thought a tofu cheesecake would taste so good. I was wrong! I'm so happy to have found this recipe as I have many vegan friends.

Barley and Mushrooms with Beans
Love this recipe! So easy to make and very economical using dried beans. This will definitely be on my monthly rotation.
