Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
I didn't use the pasta or the carrots in this soup and I doubled the cheese in the meatballs. It is delicious! I actually made it several months ago and froze the leftovers in small jars in my freezer. I had one of the last servings today for lunch. It freezes beautifully! Thanks for a great recipe!

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast
This is one dish I get a craving for every once in a while. I remember a friend of my mother's serving it when I was a kid and this one is exactly as I remembered! I use the Buddig-style beef (2-2 oz. packages) instead of the dried beef.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This is a staple recipe at our house. Sometimes, I cube some potatoes in about inch and a half cubes and put in around the chicken and put some raw diced bacon on top of the potatoes. The mixture of the bacon and chicken drippings make the potatoes divine-almost better than the chicken.
