Pumpkin Cranberry Bread
My husband and I really liked this bread especially when it was still warm. I substituted all of the oil with applesauce and reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cups. For anyone interested, the whole recipe with substitutions was 79 points, divide that by how many slices you cut.

Vegan Split Pea Soup I
THIS IS VERY GOOD, ESPECIALLY AS A LEFTOVER. MY 12 YEAR OLD SON HAD SECONDS, BUT MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WOULDN'T TOUCH IT.

Anniversary Chicken I
Has alot of flavor. My 12 year old thought it was too salty. I would make it again, but I would use less teriyaki and add more ranch.
