Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
Just made this for the second time because my friends kept asking for it. I used no cook noodles, fresh basil instead of rosemary, italian cheese blend for the mozzarella, and added chicken breast. WOW!

Zucchini Brownies
OMG, are these ever good. I followed the ingredients to a T, and it turned out great. Next time I make this, I will let the brownie part cool for about a half a day, then put the frosting on them and let them sit in the fridge overnight. Trust me, after they sit for a day, they can't be beat. Have no idea why some people complained about a veggie after taste.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
I tried this after all of the reviews because I love turkey meatloaf. I think if you are 12 you will like this. It tastes like the turkey equivalent of boxed mac and cheese. And you really can't eat it cold on sandwiches. Just did not like this one. Will stick with the traditional.
