Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This is the BEST!! I have made almost all Banana Nut Bread's on this site and this is my favorite. That said ...I did make some changes. I added vanilla and cinnamon, a tablespoon each. I changed the sugar amount, because I think this way is sweet enough.. 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. 40 minutes in the oven did it for me. I sprinkled some nuts on top before putting it in .... just for "good looks"

Barbarella's German Pancakes
It needs a pinch of salt, to balance it. I love adding real vanilla bean extract. Fill it with creek yogurt and drizzle some maple syrup. Serve with fresh fruit... and the mornings will never be the same.
