Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Perhaps if I would have cooked up my own sweet potatoes and mashed them this would have tasted better. I love the sort of sweet/salty taste. I used canned sweet potatoes and mashed them. My 12 y/o vegetarian daughter ate them, but thought the sweet potato taste made them weird. It made so much that we only did half of the mix as burritos, and used the other half as dip for chips.

Fresh Blueberry Pie II

This was fantastic. I have used a Fanny Farmer recipe for years that used cornstarch, and sometimes it didn't always set-up. This was better, fresher and yummy! I was worried because there wasn't much liquid to "bring to a boil", but it worked.
