Being the mother of three boys and seeing their appitites grow along with their size, I have had plenty of time to try out new recipes, ever changing them for the times. My husband is my only tester now and it's either "make it again" or "dump it". That keeps it fun for me. I like to make all kinds of desserts, but try many different ways to make them over for diabetics. Since I love cooking for a crowd, I guess I like the holidays and family get togethers. (There is over 80 now in my husband's family) Any time anyone asks for "my" recipe is a triumph for me! I roasted a fresh duck according to the directions, I thought. When it was done, I couldn't even pierce it with the meat fork!
