I love Southwest cuisine best! The BBQ is almost my second home, and I especially love cooking for the holidays, like this past July 4th.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything on the BBQ grill, and also chili recipes with all the accesories. I love to experiment in the kitchen, when I can find the time to devote to all the prep work and stuff.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When I was visiting family in Idaho, they were all knocked out by my BBQ chicken! Every Christmas, I impress them all with my cooking of something.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
What a dish! And, a very creative thing to do with a burger patty! It really hit the spot with the chilly wind blowing outside. I deleted the salt though, cos with the cracker crumbs and butter, that's all the salt I need. That gravy would go great with eggs in the morning!
