Easy Granola Bars
About this Cook
I am a stay at home mother of a very active 1 year old boy. My husband and I have been married for 2 years.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy baking more so than cooking. However, if the recipe is quick and easy I also enjoy cooking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I grew up on casseroles, however, my husband is more of a meat and potatoes kinda guy sooo...I've been trying to find non-casserole dishes that are still quick and easy.

Easy Granola Bars
What an excellent recipe! I mixed up two batches in less than 20 minutes. I used chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, and craisins in one batch, and peanut butter/milk chocolate chips and mini m&m's in the other. I added wheat germ to both batches for extra fiber. They turned out wonderfully. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I've never had tilapia before so I looked up some recipes and I don't think I'll make it any other way! This was so delicious and easy to make. Great recipe!!!

Three Cheese Manicotti
This recipe was sooo good! I've never made manicotti before, but it was so easy! My husband and I loved the final dish and I will definitely be making this in the future!
