i am a stay at home mom with a 6 year old who is going into first grade this year anda 3 year old who will start preschool this year. I also have a wonderful husband who is a journeyman electrician. We are pretty busy doing this as a family and I like to be with them not in the kitchen cooking or worse cleaning up.
My favorite things to cook
Quick and easy are my thing who wants to be in the kitchen all day preparing and then cleaning up at night. I would much rather be with my family.

Christmas cookies with my kids and their grandma's.

I think my triumphs are when I alter a recipe and it is better then the orginal
