New England Potato Soup
So good and easy! In place of the ham, I subbed lowfat turkey bacon cut matchstick thin and pan cooked. Absolutely delicious. Wouldn't change a thing!

Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Absolutely fantastic. I served it over a spinach salad with peaches and toasted pecans. My guests liked it more than the meal! I also use it with cole slaw. Delicious! Definitely a keeper!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!
This is so flavorful and delicious! I did not have tomato paste at home, so I reduced a 15 oz. can of tomato sauce instead. Perfect!
