I am a freelance theatre designer who loves to cook, but doesn't always have time. I like to use fresh ingredients, and try to make my vegan fare as healthy as possible. I LOVE to bake, especially cookies. I'm always willing to try new salads or veggie dishes, international or fusion dishes, or to attempt and reinvent "antique" recipes of my grandmothers. Each Passover, my parents host our familys seder. Cooking a delicous, traditional, kosher, formal, multi-course meal (for 30 - 40 people!) is a trip, joy and insanity, all at once. Totally unafraid of the strange, I love to master unusual recipies and have my friends try them. Meat. I haven't eaten it in 12 years, I wouldn't even know what to do with it.
