I thought the breaded hamburgers were very good. I was just looking for something new and different to try with hamburger. I had to improvise because I didn't have some of the ingredients available. I subsituted soy sauce for the worchistier (lol can't spell) sauce and used stuffing bread crumbs. It turned out great. I was afraid it would be very dry, but it was juicy and yummy. Thanks for the great idea and recipe!
