Banana Banana Bread
I have made this 20+ times. It was intially too soggy following the original recipe. My modified version: # 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour # 1 teaspoon baking soda # 1 teaspoon salt # 1 cup light brown sugar # 2 large eggs, beaten # 1/2 cup margarine melted (or 1 stick butter) # 3 bananas, mashed (or 2 -2.5 large) # cinnamon (1 1/2 tsp) # vanilla extract (1 1/2 tsp)
