Fluffy Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

These came out really good. I followed the recipe as is, and I will make it the same exact way next time. My family loved them. I'd say they are more of a dessert than breakfast though. Nothing's wrong with that:)

Italian Summer Squash Polenta Bake

This was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure if my family would like it because they are usually don't like that many vegetables in one dish; however, they loved it. All of the ingredients worked perfectly together. I will definitely keep this recipe.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

This recipe tasted pretty good. Everyone loved it in my family. It was also very easy for a chicken cordon bleu recipe, but I think it would have tasted better with the hollandaise sauce that traditionally goes with it.

This was really good. It's easy to make ahead and then put in the oven just before you need it.Dip tasted just like in a restaurant. I will keep this recipe.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

This is a really good recipe. It is much easier than other ones I have seen and it comes out the same. It was fun to make and work with, but very sweet to eat.

recipe needs altering. dough was way too dry. Had to add water and it still kept falling apart. The taste was really good though. I would try t omake again.

Very delicious. A lot better than what I was expecting. I had a lttle trouble finding polenta but discovered that it is in the pasta section of the grocery store.

Easy Cheese and Garlic Scones

I liked this recipe, but it did need to be altered a little. I added 1.5 tsp baking powder instead of using self- rising flour. I used 5 tbs butter and still thought it could use more. I will try again.

Sour Cream Cut-Out Cookies

I thought this was a great recipe for cut-out cookies. They were very simple. I love how you don't have to chill the dough. It made it so much easier and faster. I was afraid they weren't going to be sweet enough, but they were perfect. Everyone loved them. I will use this recipe again and again.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I love this recipe. It was so incredibly easy. I will be making this a lot more. The mixture you spread on the tilapia is very good and good be spread on any fish or even chicken. I really enjoyed this recipe.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Theses cookies are very good. They are extrememly easy. Anyone could make them. They are very soft in the middle and taste very good when they are warm. Before I put them in the oven, I rolled the balls in white sugar. They turned out very well.
