Chocolate Rum Balls I
I just made these last night...OMG!!! They are FAB!!! I'm sure they will taste even better as they sit another day or 2!! I made the recipe exactly as is and it's PERFECT!! Mine weren't too sticky to roll out or anything!! I will be making another batch of these soon as they will not last with all my Christmas company!! Thanks for the recipe...I will make these every Christmas!!!!

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus
I gave this recipe a 4 simply because I've adjusted it a little. I only use about 1 1/2 tbsp of butter (enough to coat the asparagus) and I use 2 cubes of crushed frozen garlic that I get at my grocery store (they are fabulous...1 cube = 1 clove of garlic). I let the butter and garlic melt together in the pan before adding the asparagus so the flavors have a chance to mingle (sooo yummy). I don't cover my asparagus as I like it to have a little crunch to it. I then saute it until it's color turns bright green (toss it often in the pan to get all sides of the asparagus the same bright green color)this should only take a few minutes. I also crack a little black pepper on the asaparagus while it's cooking. My family always requests asparagus this way and it's the only way I've been able to get my kids to eat it (they love it like this)!
