Chocolate Trifle
I hate when people review a recipe based on the alterations they made to it. I made this exactly as written and while it was SUPER sweet for me, I got rave reviews! I think if I make it again, I wouldn't make the pudding with the evaporated milk or might try making my own whipped cream.

Hash Brown Casserole II
I think I did something wrong. The onions were still crunchy and it didn't have that tangy taste of the usual hash brown casseroles I've had before. It was pretty bland.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These are so good compared to the prefrozen ones but I got a little overzealous with the toppings and the patty will break apart pretty easily.
