Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I can't believe how good these turned out! I halved the recipe, used brown sugar instead of white, and ground nutmeg instead of cloves (because I didn't have any) and molasses sugar because that was what I had. I also used less flour. Instead of sugar in the end, I added some raisins to the dough- formed them into little balls and chilled it overnight.
Now I can't stop eating them off the tray!!! These are my new favorite cookies!!!thank you!
